Would you travel by submarine?
When you think of sea travel, I bet people think of ships, boats, ferries, ocean liners, mailbe a sail boat or yaght – but not a submarine!
There are 195 countries in the world, and most of them will have a Navy of one sort or another (although not all will), and each of these will probably have a couple of submaries, and each of these will have between 200 and 500 people onboard. So, that could be a lot of people, at any one time, traveling underneath the sea!
Now, there’s a lot of talk about what to do with ships once they have been de-comissioned – some are sold to foreign navies, others are scrapped – but what about a submarine “hotel”?
